Questions about ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single shirt, or a hundred.
How long does an order take?
Typical turnaround is 5 to 10 business days after we confirm your design. Rush orders are available — call (904) 422-9509 and we will tell you what we can do.
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG, up to 50 MB. For the sharpest print, upload the largest version you have; a PNG with a transparent background is best.
What is DTF printing?
Direct-to-film printing: your design is printed on a film and heat-pressed onto the garment. It handles full color, photos and fine detail on light or dark fabric.
What can you embroider?
Polos (left chest), caps and tote bags. Embroidery works best for logos and text with solid colors. Photos can’t be stitched.
Do I pay online?
After you place an order, ABAC calls or texts to confirm your design and take payment before anything is printed.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose local pickup in Jacksonville at checkout, or choose shipping.
Can you print sports team logos or cartoon characters?
We can’t print trademarked logos or characters we don’t have permission to use. We’ll gladly help with an original design in your team colors.
